That's why we're able to offer the Allegiance Universal Guarantee, which means we can reduce your risk from unexpected tenant debts if a tenant we've placed is found liable by Tenancy Tribunal. With Allegiance, our guarantee means we've got skin in the game and we're fully invested into making sure your tenancy is a success.

Four Week's Broad Protection Above The Bond

Our guarantee adds an extra layer of protection over and above the bond, complementing our systems and your property insurance. The guarantee can cover an amount equivalent to four weeks' rent for any tenant debt (except exemplary damages) which exceeds the bond.

Detailed Inspections With Video

You'll receive detailed inspection reports with a video walkthrough, photos, and a written report. If the tenancy does need extra inspections or we need to meet with the tenants for complex issues, we'll complete these on our own accord.

Our Warm Welcome Service

New tenants can settle in easily with our Allegiance Warm Welcome service. This takes care of utility transfers, mail redirection, and other stressful tasks. We'll also supply a house manual to make them feel right at home.
