Our management fee of 7.5% + GST is for unfurnished properties. If your property is furnished, we charge an additional 1% + GST to cover the extra time spent. The management fee covers these services:
For the vast majority properties this is all you'll ever need. We can provide help for occasional tasks such as Tenancy Tribunal court hearings, attending body corporate meetings, or assisting with the sale of the property at our hourly rate of $90 + GST.

Advertising on TradeMe with a premium listing creates maximum exposure. This currently costs $125 + GST.
The marketing investment is a one-time cost to prepare marketing materials for your property. These marketing materials can be used for each tenancy changeover going forward.
We can also arrange extra services such virtual staging or additional marketing such as signboards if required.
The fixed term renewal fee covers the time spent negotiating with the tenants and administering a fixed term tenancy renewal when legislation permits. This is optional as fixed terms can roll over into periodic tenancies if not renewed, but we recommend using fixed term tenancies ending early in the year at peak times to reduce your vacancies and achieve a higher rent.
To reduce risks for both of us, we will arrange annual smoke alarm testing, and an asbestos survey on your behalf if your property was built before 2000.
