Your Dunedin Property Manager

Jimmy Ho | Business Owner

Jimmy Ho - Founder and Property Manager

I founded Allegiance Property Management after previously heading the South Auckland franchise for a large nationwide property management firm for seven years.

Through this time my franchise won a number of awards and maintained a 100% win rate at Tenancy Tribunal. I've enjoyed my time in property management even through challenging periods.

From my experiences, both good and bad, I've adopted a few principles which have shaped our approach to business today:

  • Well-maintained homes attract good tenants
  • Positivity and respect gets far better outcomes than an adversarial approach
  • Difficult or complex situations should be discussed face-to-face
  • Invest time to continually improve your trade
  • Take your time to do a good and meticulous job
  • Don't overload yourself or your team, work is meant to be enjoyed

As a hands-on business owner, you'll be able to contact me directly to discuss your property or for advice anytime. Outside of work I enjoy the many trails and runs Dunedin has to offer, along with a good steak at No. 7 Balmac.
